本文研究了三元配合物光度分析的新应用 -用高灵敏度的三元配合物体系测定有机药物 .以氟 罗沙星 -铁 (Ⅲ ) - β -环 糊精体系测定氟罗沙星含量 ,与部颁标准法对照 。

In this paper we study a new application of Polycomplex spectrophotometry. We determine the content of Fleroxacin and Glucose Injection by polycomplex of Flleroxacin-Fe(Ⅲ)-β-CD (a high sensitivity ternary complex system), which was measured in water solvent and at usualtemperature. The result was satisfactory compared with standard method.
