摘要
基于Freescale MC9S12XEP100单片机开发了一套面向重型柴油机的SCR控制系统,该系统采集排气温度、尿素温度和尿素液位等信息,从发动机控制单元获取转速、负荷和水温等信息,据此确定尿素喷射量,并驱动尿素泵喷射尿素。发动机台架试验结果表明,使用该SCR控制系统,能使重型柴油机达到国IV法规ESC和ETC测试工况的排放水平,同时满足HJ437对OBD的要求。
A SCR control system for heavy-duty diesel engines is developed on Freescale MC9S12XEP100 microcontroller. The system collects the information of exhaust gas temperature, urea temperature and urea surface level and obtains information such as rotation speed, load and water temperature from engine control unit, based on which the urea injection rate is determined and the urea pump is driven to inject urea. The results of engine bench test show that with the SCR control system developed, heavy diesel engines can attain the emission level in ESC and ETC test as per State-IV regulation, while meeting the requirements of HJ437 on OBD.
