X染色质体在正常人体细胞中出现概率的研究

Study the Rate of X Chromatin Body in Normal Body Cells of Human

本文采用X染色质的鉴别方法 ,研究了部分人群正常体细胞中X染色质体的出现概率 .结果表明 三个实验群体的X染色质体的概率分别为 35 .2 1± 6 .6 2 %、33 .0 4± 9.33 %、2 6 .84± 8.5 8% ,它们之间差异不显 著 (P >0 .0 5 ) .说明X染色质体在不同个体的相同组织中出现的情况有异 。

We studied the rate of X chromatin body in normal body cell of human by identifying X chromatin. The result was that the X chromatin body rates of three populations were 35.21±6.62%,33.04± 9.33% and 26.84±8.58% respectively. The difference was not apparent. The result showed that the appearance of X chromatin body was different in different cells of the same tissue.
