“民族问题”概念及“民族问题实质”新论--以社会认同为视角的分析

New Analysis of the “Ethnic- national Issue ”and the“Essence of the Ethnic- national Issue”

从探讨国内学术界有关"民族问题"概念讨论的缘起及发展入手,考察分析迄今国内学术界对此概念的各种论述和存在的分歧,并在此基础上,进一步以社会认同为视角解析"民族问题"概念和探索当前中国的"民族问题实质"。"民族问题"尤其是中国的"民族问题"概念的内涵应当包含"民族认同"内容,而当前中国的"民族问题实质"应该为:"各民族在自身民族认同基础上加强中华民族认同,实现中华民族伟大复兴的问题"。

Starting from discussing the origins of the debate on the concept of the'ethic- national issue'in China's academic circle,this article analyses the arguments and differences on the issue so far in domestic academic circles. On this basis this article further interpreters the concept of 'ethnic- national issue'through the social identify perspective and explores current'essence of the ethnic- national issue'in China. The author argues that the ethnic and national identity should be part of the connotation in the concept of the 'ethnic- national issue'especially in China while currently the'ethnic- national issue'in China is in essence'the issue of how all the ethnic groups in China strengthen their identity of Chinese nation based on their own ethic identities and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation together'.
