多层复合板的成形性能研究

Research on the Formability of Stainless-steel/Aluminum Multilayer Composite Plates

通过对不锈钢／铝／不锈钢三层，五层复合板的成形性能参数（r,n,σ0.2/σb)实验测试和分析，说明了这种材料的成形性能参数与轧制复合变形量，扩散退火温度的关系，指出不锈钢／铝／铝合金／铝／不锈钢五层复合板是一种优良的冲压材料。

In this paper, the parameters of formability( r,n,σ 0.2 /σ b )of stainless-steel/aluminum multilayer composite plates hade been gained through the tensile test and analysis. The influence of its formability parameters on complex deformation and temperature of diffusion annealing of hot roll bonding with multilayer composite plates is analized.
