摘要
本文基于家族伦理文化的"权威意识"与"多元人际互动模式"两大基本概念,探讨家族伦理文化对我国竞技体育发展的"效率维度"、"公平维度"和"权力维度"的影响,明确现阶段我国竞技体育发展的窠臼。由"新权威主义"理论思路出发,有机嫁接"法律权威"与"民众权威",形成权威主体内部理想的民主氛围,既保持竞技体育发展效率,又消除权利壁垒的形成与垄断,防止不公平性矛盾危机演变。
Combined with literature review and logic method,the article discusses the authority and multiple human interaction models,and explores the impact on the competitive sports influenced by family ethics on the efficiency,fair and rights dimension to make sure the shortage of China's competitive sports. By the theory of new authoritarianism,the article suggests introduction to law authorityand public authority would form an appropriate democratic atmosphere in order to remain efficiency,eliminate monopoly of competitive sports' rights barriers and prevent unfairness contradictions.
