Structural Optimization of Large Capacity Skip Based on ANSYS

通过ANSYS对大容量箕斗进行应力分析,得到了箕斗强度与箕斗断面截面积、箕斗斗箱板厚、加强肋截面积及加强肋间距的关系,确定了影响箕斗强度因素的主次关系,得出了大容量箕斗斗箱的最优结构参数。

This paper analyzed the stress of the large capacity skip. Through analysis,had the relationship with the strength of the skip and section cross-sectional area, the thickness of the skip bucket box plate, the stiffener of cross-sectional area, the spacing of stiffeners, and knew the primary and secondary relationship.
