摘要 为了适应带式输送机的高速化发展,进一步提高输送效率和稳定性,在ANSYS/Workbench平台上创建了主动滚筒的参数化模型,计算出了固有频率和振型。以主动滚筒结构尺寸为设计参数,利用DOE优化技术对其进行实验设计,获得了不同参数组合下的优化结果,对比可知第5组优化数据最佳,使前两阶固有频率显著提高,有效改进了主动滚筒的动力学特性,为其结构设计和动力学优化提供了重要依据。 For adapting high speed development of belt conveyor, and more improving on its transport efficiency and stability, the parametric model of drive roll was set up by ANSYS/Workbeneh, and natural frequency and vibration mode of it which we concerned were calculated. Some structure sizes of the drive roll were used as design parameters, and experimental design of it was finished based on optimization technique DOE, then optimal results with different design points were acquired. By comparison, the fifth data for optimizing was the best, the natural frequency of top 5 were increased obviously, in results, dynamic characteristic of the drive roll was improved effectively, and an important basis was offered to its structural design and dynamics optimization.
