摘要
连采机刮板输送机在工作时,需要水平上下来回摆动,导致刮板链的长度随之改变,需要用张紧机构进行长度补偿,通过对张紧过程的分析研究,利用液压原理及力学原理,设计出油缸与弹簧组合式张紧机构。
The scraper conveyors of continuous miner swings vertically and horizontally which cause the length of the scraper chain changed, so a tensioning unit is needed to the change. By analyzing tensioning process, we combine a cylinder with the springs as unit based upon hydraulic principle and other mechanical principles. when it works, compensate for the tensioning
