摘要
综采工作面液压支架液压系统主要由泵站、立柱千斤顶及管路、乳化液阀和各种液压附件组成,整套系统庞大复杂。借助AMESim软件,建立泵站、顺槽管路、支架液压系统等仿真模型,通过数字仿真的方式获取影响支架系统性能指标的工作参数,为实现综采工作面支架液压系统优化设计奠定了基础。
The hydraulic system of powered support in fully mechanized face is mainly composed of pumping station, column Jack, pipeline, emulsion valve and hydraulic accessories, the whole system is huge and complicated. In this paper the simulation model on pumping station, crossheading pipeline, hydraulic system of powered support etc. are given by AMESim, applying numerical simulation to obtain the working parameters that affect performance of the hydraulic system, which lay a foundation for realizing the optimum design of the powered support system in fully mechanized face.
