摘要
当前纵轴式掘进机截割臂特性研究较少,截割臂的设计主要依据设计人员的经验。为此,对某型号掘进机截割臂进行建模,结合截齿的力学模型,通过ANSYS对截割臂进行静力学分析,得到截割臂在截割载荷作用下的变形和应力情况,给出了出现情况的原因,为截割臂动力学研究提供基础,为改进和完善适应半煤岩截割特性的纵轴式掘进机截割臂的设计提供理论依据。
The study for mechanical characteristics of cutting arm of longitudinal roadheader is relatively few, thus the design of cutting arm mainly depends on the experience of designers. Therefore, the solid model of cutting arm of a certain longitudinal roadheader was established, and then ANSYS was used to analyze the static characteristics of cutting arm in order to obtain the deformation and stress of the cutting arm under load. The effect factors was given. The analysis provides a basic support for the dynamics study and design of cutting arm.
