平口虎钳夹紧可靠、使用方便,是机械加工中广泛使用的一种夹紧装置。针对平口虎钳夹紧和松开工件时费时费力且在加工过程中工件易出现松动的问题,自行研制出了一种新型钻铣床专用虎钳,其结构紧凑、装夹速度快、夹紧力大、操作方便且应用范围广。介绍该虎钳的结构、工作原理、受力分析及可换式钳口的设计。

Parallel jaw can clamp reliably, and is easy to use, and is a widely used clamping device in machining. A new type of special vice studied drilling and milling machine is studied in this article. And it is to solve the problem of parallel jaw＇s time-consuming of clamping and loosening and being easy to loose in the process of the workpiece. It has compact structure, fast clamping, large clamping force, convenient operation and wide range of application. The vice＇s structure, working principle, force analysis, and the design of movable jaw were introduced in this paper.
