摘要
针对目前煤矿大容量铅酸蓄电池充电装置的技术水平和特点,对其进行技术改造与升级换代,具体介绍了新型铅酸蓄电池充电器的主框图设计及控制系统设计,同时介绍了保护电路的工作原理,最后给出了实验结果,验证了设计的可行性和正确性。充电装置便于指导生产现场矿用装备的检修作业,提高劳动生产率。
For technological level and characteristics of large lead-acid battery charging device in coal mine at present, and proceeding technological transformation and upgrading, the paper introduced the main block diagram design of the charger and control system design, and introduced the working principle of protection circuit, the experimental results verified the correctness and feasibility of the design. The charging device is very easy to direct production for the maintenance of mining equipment operation and improve labor productivity.
