摘要
煤矿综采工作面煤壁片帮是制约综采效率和工作人员安全的主要因素。现在,生产中普遍采用护帮板来改善煤壁片帮问题。主要针对实际生产中护帮板出现的问题进行理论分析及有限元计算,找出原因,并对护帮板结构提出了改进意见,以达到护帮板结构优化的作用。
Fully mechanized coal mining face wall spalling of the main factors restricting the mechanized mining efficiency and security of staff.Production is now commonly used to help care board to improve the coal wall spalling. The main problems for the actual production, care to help board theoretical analysis and finite element calculation to find out why, and care to help board structure proposed improvements, in order to achieve the role of care to help board structure optimization.
