摘要
我国矿井废水总排水量在22亿t/a以上,目前矿井废水预处理已广泛采用全自动净水装置,全自动净水装置集混凝、沉淀、过滤、排泥于一体,占地面积小,运行费用低,生产效率高,介绍了矿井废水预处理用全自动净水装置主要构成及工作过程,针对设计排液管道偏大无法有效调节、反冲强度大滤料排出、清洗反冲用清水用量大等问题,提出了虹吸反冲清洗强度、时间调节等有效地提高废水预处理装置效率的改进措施,并介绍了全自动净水装置在矿井废水预处理中的应用。

Automatic coagulation, sedimentation, filtration, sludge are set in water purification devices in one area of the small size, They have low running cost, high production efficiency. This paper presents the structure and working process of the mine wastewater pretreatment by fully automatic water-purifying device. To the problems of the liquid discharge pipeline can not effectively regulate the excessive recoil strength, large discharge, a big wait of filter cleaning recoil water dosage, it puts forward a siphon backwashing cleaning intensity, time adjustment, effectively to improving the wastewater pretreatment device efficiency improvement measures, and it introduces the automatic water purification device of mine wastewater processing application.
