摘要
针对井下使用中底座大脚圆钢出现的断裂问题进行了受力分析,指出热处理及焊接工艺对27SiMn圆钢的影响,分析了大脚圆钢损坏的原因并给出了2种新的结构改进方案。
Stress analysis was done to the damaged round-steel of roof support base tip, and the impact to 27SiMn round-steel of heat treatment and welding process is pointed out, and causes for the base tip round-steel damage is analyzed and two new structure improvement plans are proposed in this paper.
