摘要
针对型煤搅拌机构的直径和高度等参数进行了分析,并以最小消耗功率为目标,通过力学分析对参数进行了数值优化,最后结合实际经验对搅拌叶片的分布进行了设计,实现了搅拌机构力学结构的最优化,提高了工作效率,为型煤搅拌机以及其他类型搅拌机构的优化设计提供了借鉴。
This paper analyzes the parameters such as the diameter and the height of agitating device, and with the minimum power consumption as the goal, this paper makes a numerical optimization of the parameters through mechanical analysis, and finally combined with practical experience on the design of the distribution of the blades achieve the optimization of the agitator mechanical structure, improving the efficiency. This paper also provides reference for the optimization design of briquette agitator and other types agitator.
