摘要
融合了故障诊断技术以及虚拟仪器技术,依托于LABVIEW平台的综采机械设备检测系统可以有效弥补传统机电设备检测的不足。对煤矿综采工作面机械设备故障进行简单分析,阐述了基于LABVIEW的综采机械设备优化检测系统设计方案,并对数据处理及故障诊断等进行分析和探讨。
The combination of fault diagnosis technology and virtual instrument technology based on LABVIEW platform of fully mechanized equipment detection system can effectively make up for the deficiency of the traditional mechanical and electrical equipment testing. This paper fully mechanized working face in coal mine machinery equipment failure to carry on the simple analysis, this paper expounds the optimization of fully mechanized mechanical equipment detection system based on LABVIEW design scheme, and the data processing and fault diagnosis are analyzed and discussed.
