从土壤中分离木霉的培养基的研究

Studies on the medium for isolation Trichoderma spp.from soil

本文通过在基本培养基中添加抑制其它真菌和细菌的制剂 ,探索出分离木霉的培养基为基本培养基中添加适量的丙酸钠和庆大霉素。通过在不同温度和 pH条件下的对比实验 ,确定培养最佳 pH值为 5 .2～ 5 .7,最佳温度为 2 2～ 2 8℃。

The basal medium is used effectively to recover Trichoderma spp.from soil by the additions of agents,which inhibit some fungi and bacteria.More effective medium has been obstained by this study.The improved medium contains the basal medium,sodium propionate and penillin.And with comparative experiment in the different pH and Temperature,the optimum pH (5.2-5.7) and T (22-28℃) of the Medium on which Trichoderma spp.is isolated from soil has been found.
