紫石英药材热分析法研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:为紫石英药材的质量标准研究奠定基础。方法:对10批符合中国药典规定的紫石英药材及同种化学试剂氟化钙进行热重和差示扫描量热(TG-DSC)分析,以比较它们之间的差异。结果:不同批次的紫石英药材均有不同程度的失重现象,其失重质量百分数均小于同种化学试剂氟化钙,说明紫石英药材中含有小部分其他矿物成分。结论:在药典含量测定项下同时增加热重法(1 000℃)分析,规定其失重质量百分数不得大于7.0%,再加上现行药典容量法测定结果规定"本品含氟化钙(CaF2)不得少于85.0%",即可克服少量方解石、白云石等对测定结果的影响。 OBJECTIVE To establish the method of the GC fingerprints of volatile oil from Melastoma dodecandnun Lour o riginated in Guizhou province of China. METHODS 13 batches of M. dodecandrum was determined by capillary gas chromatog raphy. The Agilent HP-5 capillary column(30 mX 320μm,0. 25 μm) was used as analytical column, FID detector was used, the temperature of injector and detector was 245 ℃, the nitrogen of high purity was used as carrier gas,the flow rate was 1 ml . min^-1 , the programmed temperature was that the temperature was elevated by 5 ℃/min to 220 ℃ remaining for 20 min at ini tial temperature of 45 ℃, the injection volume was 1 /μl and the splitting ratio was 20 : 1. RESULTS The GC fingerprint of vola tile oil from M. dodecandrum was consisted of 13 characteristic peaks, and M. dodecandrum from different habitats were of high similarity. CONCLUSION The method used in this study is simple, strong specificity and good reproducibility, and it may pro vide scientific basis for the quality control of M. dodecandrum.
