摘要
目的:分析麻城福田河菊花中挥发性成分的组成。方法:利用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱(SPME/GC-MS)联用技术对麻城福田河菊花挥发性成分进行研究。结果:共分离出68个峰,并且确认了其中64个化合物。主要化学成分是樟脑(10.86%),菊酮(9.03%)和5-叔丁基-1,3-环二烯(8.52%)。结论:采用SPME/GC-MS联用技术分析杭白菊中挥发性成分,为麻城福田河菊花的进一步开发及研究利用提供了科学依据。
To analyze the volatile chemical components of Chrysanthemum morifolium. METHODS The volatile chemical components from Chrysanthemum morifolium were investigated by SPME/GC-MS. RESULTS A total of 68 com ponents were separated and 64 compounds were identified. The main components were camphor( 10. 86% ), ehrysanthenone (9. 03%),5-(1,1-dimethylethyl)-l,3-cyclopentadiene (8. 52%). CONCLUSION This is the first time to adopt SPME com bined with GC-MS to analyze the volatile chemical components of Chrysanthemum morifolium. The present study can provide scientific basis for further research and development.
