统一药品编码在医疗机构药品比对中的应用分析

目的:讨论统一药品编码在医疗机构药品比对中的作用。方法:结合实际工作经验,使每一种药品,包括不同的包装量都有唯一明确的编码,分析在医疗机构药品比对中的作用。结果:利用本位码+转化比的编码方式,无需考虑药品复杂的药理分类,相对简单,标准统一,方便医疗机构进行不同药品库的药品数据比对。结论:统一药品编码如果施行,将在医保、价格、集中采购等各部门信息交换中发挥巨大作用。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the function of drug coding unification in drugs match of medical institutions. METH ODS According to the practical work experience, each kind of drugs and with different packing quantity should have the only explicit coding. Its function in drugs match of medical institutions was analyzed. RESULTS It was relatively simple and unifled standard to use standard code ＋ conversion ratio instead of the complex pharmacological drug classification. And it was an easy way to match drug data of pharmacy warehouses in different medical institutions. CONCLUSION Unified drug code will play an important role in information exchange among departments such as health insurance, drug price and centralized purcha sing.
