三维适形放疗同步化疗联合扶正解毒汤治疗非小细胞肺癌临床研究

Clinical Study of Nonsmall-Cell Lung Cancer by Using Three Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy Combined with Chemotherapy and Fu Zheng Jie Du Decoction

目的:探讨三维适形放疗同步化疗联合扶正解毒汤治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将62例非小细胞肺癌患者按随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各31例。对照组采用三维适形放疗联合化疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加服扶正解毒汤治疗。结果:对照组有效率为83.9%,观察组有效率为87.1%,两组有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组血液学毒性反应、消化系统毒副反应、急性放射性咽、食道损伤发生率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三维适形放疗同步化疗联合中药扶正解毒汤治疗非小细胞肺癌有较好的疗效,能显著降低同步放化疗的不良反应,提高患者生活质量。

Objective; To observe clinical effects of nonsmall-cell lung cancer by using three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy and Fu Zheng Jie Du decoction Methods：62 patients with nonsmall- cell lung cancer were randomly according to number divided into two groups： the observation group and control group, with 32 in each group. The patients in control group were given radiotherapy with gemcitabine and cisplatin, and chemotherapy by using three dimensional conformal technology together. The prescription dose was 95% PTV, while the acceptable dose was 45 - 55 Gy/20f - 25f. The patients in treatment groupe A group with 31 cases） were given three dimensional conformal radiotherapy and chemotherapy at the same time, while patients in observation group were added Fu Zheng Jie Du Decoction based on the formers treatment. Results： The total effective rate in control group was 83. 9% ,while 87. 1 % in observation group, and the difference had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05） . In terms of bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal reactions and radiation esophagus injury rate comparison of grade Ⅲ and above in two groups, the differences had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05） . And patients＇ life quality and rCM symptoms in two groups were improved; the differences had statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： It has very good effects to treat nonsmall - cell lung cancer by using three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy and Fu Zheng Jie Du Decoction, which can clearly reduce side - effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy,and improve patients＇life quality.
