胰岛素强化治疗诱导初诊糖尿病“蜜月期”临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察胰岛素强化治疗诱导初诊糖尿病患者病情缓解期(蜜月期)的临床疗效。方法:选取新诊断的2型糖尿病患者66例,使用胰岛素强化治疗,观察患者空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血糖达标时间、低血糖发生次数、达标后血糖稳定时间。结果:66例患者均在短期内血糖得到良好控制,进入病情明显缓解期。结论:初诊2型糖尿病患者,应用胰岛素强化治疗,短期内可使患者血糖达标,获得较长期的病情"蜜月期"。
