髓母细胞瘤干细胞研究进展

摘要 髓母细胞瘤是儿童最常见的恶性脑肿瘤,也是中枢神经系统恶性程度最高的神经上皮性肿瘤之一,也称为幕下原始神经外胚层肿瘤(PNETs).目前采取手术结合术后放、化疗的综合治疗方案.其中放疗可能对儿童尚处于发育期的中枢神经系统造成严重损害,在3岁以下患儿仅采用化疗.部分髓母细胞瘤对放、化疗抵抗,不可避免发生转移、复发,导致病残和病死.近年来分子病理和肿瘤干细胞(CSC)的研究在髓母细胞瘤领域取得了显著进展,特别是在CSC理论的推动下,明确发现部分亚型的髓母细胞瘤起源于小脑的神经干细胞或前体细胞.
