人类白细胞抗原G白细胞免疫抑制性受体在移植、肿瘤和自身免疫疾病中的作用

摘要 移植排斥反应、肿瘤以及自身免疫性疾病的发生均与免疫功能紊乱密切相关.人类白细胞抗原G(HLA-G)分子及其白细胞免疫抑制性受体(LILRB1,又名ILT-2或CD85j)在上述病理过程中具有重要作用,HLA-G与LILRBI结合可以减轻免疫反应.现综述LILRB1在移植免疫耐受、妊娠、肿瘤及自身免疫性疾病中的作用,通过借鉴母胎免疫耐受和肿瘤免疫逃逸机制,诱导移植免疫耐受和破解肿瘤免疫逃逸提供理论基础.
