为了发展国民经济 ,改善人民的物质生活 ,解决 12 1亿人的吃饭问题 ,必须合理的保护利用现在的耕地资源 .针对我国人口年增 160 0万 ,耕地减少 60 0万亩 ,人需粮食逐年增长的实际 ,根据中国的国情 ,提出了相当之对策 ,保持 2 0 0 0年实行 50 0 0亿kg粮食生产目标 .

It′s imperative to protect and utilize reasonably cultivated land for natural economical development and living sandard for the people.The population is increasing with 16 million and the cultivated land is decreasing with 4×10 5 ha per year in China,and the need for grain is increasing from one year to another.Based on the fact above,this paper advocates some measures for the grain yield,500 billion kilograms by the year 2000.
