摘要 ‘尖脆’枣是从河南省新蔡县选育出的早熟、鲜食的优良品种。8月下旬—9月上旬成熟,平均单果质量是6.33g,果形奇特,形似辣椒,具有观赏价值;果个大小均匀,果面不平,有隆起,紫红色具光泽;果皮薄,果肉致密酥脆,汁液较多,口感较好,鲜食品质佳。丰产稳产,适应性强,比较抗干旱、耐瘠薄,较抗枣炭疽病。沿黄河流域及黄河以北枣区均可栽培。 Ziziphus jujube 'Jian Cui' is an excellent new variety with early-maturing and fresh-eating properties, which selected from Xincai county, Henan province. This variety matures in late August, and the average weight of single fruit is about 6.33 grams. Its fruit has peculiar shape, just like chili,.. The fruit sizes are uniform, and the fruit surface is uneven, uplift, mauve, and luster. The fruit peel is thin, and its pulp is firm, crisp, juicy, and of good taste, having wonderful fresh-eating quality. This new variety has high and steady yield, strong adaptability, resistance to drought, barren, and ju- jube anthracnose, and can be cultivated along the Yellow River basin and jujube-growing areas north of the Yellow River.
