摘要
综合生物转化率、子实体形态特征和多糖含量,对31个灵芝属菌株进行代料栽培比较试验。结果表明,菌株灵黄、泰灵Y、日本赤灵芝、冠县大片灵芝1、肥城树舌灵芝、紫芝适合于药用栽培,其中灵黄子实体多糖含量最高,达10 106.383μg·g-1;灵芝P1生物转化率最高(21.22%),菌盖大、菌柄长,但其子实体多糖的含量低(465.426μg·g-1),可用于盆景制作。
Thirty - one Ganoderma strains were compared in terms of biological efficiency, fruit body morphology and polysaccha- ride content. The results showed that strains LH, TL Y, RBCLZ, GXLZ 1, FCSS and ZZ were suitable for cultivation. LH con- tained the highest polysaccharide, up to 10 106. 383 μg·g-1 LZ P1 was afforded the highest biological efficiency, big pileus and long stipe, but polysaccharide content was low (465.426 μg·g-1 ), so it can be used for bonsais.
