摘要
通过不同树脂对绣球菌多糖脱色率及多糖保留率的比较,选择脱色效果好、多糖保留率高的树脂对绣球菌多糖进行脱色。实验结果表明D303和HZ-830两种型号的离子交换树脂脱色效果较好;通过单因素试验对2种树脂的脱色时间、温度、pH、上样质量浓度对脱色率影响进行研究,得出较合适的脱色工艺。实验结果表明,D303树脂最佳脱色条件为脱色温度40℃、脱色时间6 h、pH8、样品质量浓度10 mg·mL-1;HZ-830树脂最佳脱色条件为脱色温度40℃、脱色时间3 h、pH8、样品质量浓度20 mg·mL-1。
This study aimed to develop a macroporous resin adsorption method for the decolorization of Sparassis crispa polysac- charides. Based on decolorization rate and polysaccharide retention rate, type D303 and type HZ-830 macroporous resin had the better decolorization performance relatively. Then the optimal conditions were investigated by the means of single factor experi- ments, with decolorization rate of Sparassis crispa as index. The results were that the optimum conditions for resin D303 were de- coloration temperature 40℃, decoloration time 6 h, pH 8 and sample concentration 10 mg. mL-1. The optimum condituins for resin HZ -830 were decoloration temperature 40℃, decoloration time 3 h, pH 8 and sample concentration 20 rag-mL-1.
