摘要 在冷模实验的基础上,运用欧根方程和连续性方程建立了轴径向固定床中流体的二维流动,通过数值模拟出了二维流动的流场,流体沿轴径向方向的分布,按照传统的化工原理采用冷模实验来测试不同触媒封和流量下的速度场和压力场。研究了触媒封高度和分布器对流体的影响,提出了轴径向反应器最优触媒封高度。 Ergen equation and the continues equation were applied to establish two dimension now model in axial-radial fixed beds based on cold-model. Flow fields and flux- distribution along axial were analyzed in detail. The effect of catalyst sealing height and distributor on flux-distribution along axial were discussed. The traditional method of cool experiment according to the chemical engineering principle adopted to test the now and pressure field at deferent catalyst sealing height and now flux. The experimental results show that the fields are similar with the theoretic now fields. In axial - radial now reactor, there is an optimum catalyst sealing height and the best ratio of height of sealing pad to the width bed is about 0. 8 to 1. 0.
