钙拮抗药在抗高血压临床治疗中的地位

The clinical status of calcium antagonists in Antihypertensive therapy

目的:探讨钙拮抗剂在抗高血压临床治疗中的地位。方法:选择176例原发性高血压患者,以钙拮抗剂苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平进行治疗,测量患者的血压、心率和记录不良反应。结果:治疗前患者的舒张压、收缩压、心率分别为(176±16)mm Hg(1mm Hg=0.1333 kPa)、(106±8)mm Hg、(77±15)次/min;治疗后分别为(138±13)mm Hg、(83±9)mm Hg、(79±16)次/min,血压具有显著性变化,心率无显著性变化,总有效率为89.2%,不良反应发生率底。结论:钙拮抗剂用于治疗原发性高血压疗效显著,持续降压时间长,不良反应发生率低,在临床具有十分重要的作用。

Objective To investigate the status of calcium antagonists in clinical treatment of anti hypertension.Methods 176 cases of primary hypertension patients,were treated with calcium antagonist Levamlodipine besylate,measuring blood pressure,heart rate and adverse reactions were recorded.Results The systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,heart rate were respectively before treatment patients （176±16） mm Hg （1 mm Hg=0.1333 kPa）,（106 ±8） mm Hg,（77 ±15）/min;after treatment were （138±13）mm Hg,（83± 9）mm Hg,（79 ± 16）/min,with significant changes in blood pressure,heart rate had no significant change,the total effective rate was 89.2%,the incidence of adverse reactions.Conclusion Calcium antagonists for the treatment of primary hypertension were sustained hypotensive,long time,low incidence of adverse reactions,plays a very important role in the clinical.
