摘要
研究非致命弹药子母防暴弹弹道分析问题,子母防暴弹战斗部为子母式结构,通过多点投放催泪剂,提高非致命防暴弹的终点效应。膛压和初速作为防暴弹计算中两个最重要要素,直接影响发射效果。对64mm催泪弹内弹道进行解析,及外弹道验证性计算,设计其内弹道,以得到合适的膛压和初速。应用matlab编程和Runge-Kutta计算方法,得到的仿真结果与真实内弹道吻合度较高,能很好满足母弹发射要求,为子母防暴弹内弹道设计提供了一种正确可行的方法。
The bullet is a relatively new non-lethal ammunition. The battle for the combined structure, through multiple launch of lachrymator, can improve the effect of non-lethal riot bomb. In order to meet the non-lethal riot control grenade tactical and technical requirements of cluster, this paper analyzed the interior ballistic. First, the in- terior ballistic was divided into four phases of combustion, and the the mathematical model and state equation were es- tablished using MatlabT. 0 simulation tool to obtain the projectile travel characteristic curve, pressure characteristic curve and speed characteristic curve, and the analysis of simulation results, which indicate that the method can meet the emission requirements of the projectile, further improve the reliability, and provide a method to correct the cluster of riot bomb ballistic design. Finally, the exterior ballistics calculation verified that the internal ballistic calculation value is reasonable and feasible with smaller error.
