摘要
为了降低系统故障停机造成的事故风险和经济损失,预防性维修广泛应用于系统的维修决策中,合理的维修间隔期是预防性维修优化的关键,维修间隔期过长容易造成系统失修,导致故障停机概率增大,过短则使系统过修,造成经济浪费,并降低了系统的可用度。故障相关普遍存在于工程系统中,故障相关直接影响系统的可靠性,在进行系统维修决策时,必须考虑故障相关的影响,如果忽略故障相关,可能会造成系统失修。针对多单元串联系统,考虑在任一单元发生故障后都会对其余单元产生劣化影响的情况下,采用故障后最小维修、定期更新维修的策略,以系统单位时间内平均维修费用最低为目标,利用更新报酬理论,建立了系统维修费用与维修间隔期关系的解析模型,给出了模型仿真求解流程,最后通过算例验证了模型的合理性、有效性和正确性。
Preventative maintenance is adopted in system maintenance, in order to reduce the failure risk and eco- nomic loss caused by system failures. Reasonable maintenance interval is the key of preventative maintenance. For a multi-unit series system, on the condition that any unit' s fault will have an ageing affect on others, when a failure happens, system will be repaired as before, and system will be replaced by new regularly, aiming for minimal average cost per unit time, using renewal reward process theory, a analytical average availability model was built to solve ma- intenance interval of system. At last, a ease proved that the model is reasonable and the simulation method is correct.
