摘要
高职院校专业系组织职能和"理性管理"模式阻碍了二级系部职能的充分发挥,源自于企业实践的价值观管理具有移植于二级系部管理的条件,湖南汽车工程职院经济贸易系探索构建了人才培养观、职业成就观和组织发展观融合的系部核心价值观,探索了价值观沟通、认知、认同和植入的价值观管理路径,并初步运用价值观评价指引专业系建设发展,探索了具有"人本精神"的高职院校专业系管理模式。
The higher vocational college professional department's organization function and the "rational management" pattern hinder function of the secondary department. The reason is that the values of enterprise practice management have the conditions to transplant in the management of secondary department management. The Department of Economics and Trade of Hunan Automotive Engineering Vocational College sets up the department core values which integrate talent training, professional achievement, and organizational development, and explores the values management way including values communication, perceiving, recognition, and embedment. The values are preliminary used to evaluate and guide the development of the professional department. The "people-oriented" higher vocational college professional department management mode is explored.
