摘要
论述了电多极矩与取矩点选择的关系，给出了其与取矩点无关条件的证明。
In this paper,the relation between the electrical multipolar moments and the choicing point for calculating moments is discussed,and the condition of electrical multipolar moments being independent of the point for calculating moments is demonstrated.
