本文分别从国家及北京市角度论述了中小学发展及建设情况,并重点分析了中小学建设项目投资控制及造价特点,提出了合理化建议措施。
This article discusses the development and construction of primary and secondary schools from national perspective and Beijing perspective respectively, analyzes the primary and secondary school construction project investment control and cost characteristics, and puts forward reasonable countermeasures.
