招标工程量清单编制质量与工程造价关系探讨

On the Relationship between Bill of Quantities for Tendering Quality and Project Cost

目前,我国基本普及了实行工程量清单招投标。本文主要根据工程量清单计价的特点、要求以及清单计价与工程造价控制的关系,阐述招标工程量清单编制质量的重要性以及对不同阶段工程造价管理及控制的影响,并提出提升编制质量的对策措施。

Presently, bill of quantities bidding is common in China. In this paper, according to the characteristics and requirements of the bill of quantities valuation, and the relationship between bill of quantities valuation and the project cost control, the importance of quality of bill of quantities for tendering as well as its influence on project cost management and control in different phases is expounded, and measures for quality improvement are presented.
