移动模架施工梁体线形控制研究

摘要 移动模架的施工方法主要采用逐跨现浇的施工工艺,但是在整联箱梁还没有全部施工完毕之前存在多次受力结构的转换。但是逐跨施加预应力后,除了悬臂端会产生负弯矩向上翘曲之外,还会受到混凝土收缩和徐变的影响,因此,在整个施工控制的过程中,控制箱梁的线形成为最关键的问题之一。 The construction method of MSS is mainly used by construction technology span cast-in-place, but in the entire United box girder has not completed all construction before the existence of multiple transfer the stress structure. But by span prestressed concrete, in addition to cantilever will produce negative bending upward warping, is also affected by the shrinkage and creep of concrete, therefore, in the whole process of construction control, one of the key problems in current as control box girder.
