自从美国学者史蒂芬·海默提出企业竞争力这个概念以来,实业界、政府和学术界纷纷加入了企业竞争力的研究领域,尤其是从20世纪80年代末90年代初开始,学术界掀起了企业竞争力的研究热潮。哈佛大学迈克尔·波特教授曾说:"一国国力取决于该国企业的总体竞争力[1]。"国内外大量专家学者对企业竞争力问题进行了大量而细致的研究,并且得出了卓有成效的结果。由于涉及企业竞争力问题的内容众多繁杂,因此本文将有关企业竞争力问题的研究进行综合整理,为以后的研究提供一个参考。

Government, businessmen and academia joined the research areas of enterprises competitiveness since U.S. scholar Stephen Hymer offered the concept of enterprises competitiveness. Especially from the late 1980s and early 1990s, the academia set off the hot of research. Professor Michael E.Porter in Harvard University said： ＂Enterprises competitiveness determined the competitiveness of a country.＂A large number of experts and scholars at home and abroad a lot of the problems of the enterprise competitiveness and detailed research, and obtained fruitful results. Because there is so much involved in the content of the enterprise competitiveness is multifarious, so this article will research on the problem of enterprise competitiveness comprehensively, provide a reference for later study.
