近些年来,高校的思想政治工作在学校管理中的地位越来越受到重视,学生宿舍作为大学生日常生活和学习的重要场所,是高校进行思想政治教育的主要场所之一,做好宿舍管理工作对于高校的思想政治工作具有重要的意义。本文就针对高校宿舍管理工作中存在的问题进行了探究,并提出了相应的解决思路。

In recent years, the position of ideological and political work in the university management get more and more attention. As an important place for students to live to learn, student dormitory is one of the main places for ideological and political education of university, and doing well dormitory management work has an important significance for the university＆#39;s ideological and political work. This paper researches the problems in university dormitory management work and proposes the corresponding solution ideas.
