摘要
近几年,伴随着积极的就业政策,毕业生就业指导工作取得了骄人的成绩。但在就业形势严峻的今天,毕业生就业难与企业招工难、毕业生人数与社会需求人数呈供大于求等矛盾的冲突下,高校就业指导与服务工作面临新的挑战。职业生涯规划与就业指导教师的专业能力水平决定了学校对毕业生生涯规划与就业指导和服务的能力。同时,提高教师的专业能力,也是提高学生职业发展能力、就业竞争能力的重要保障。本文从教育理念、教学体系等方面探讨高职院校职业生涯规划与就业指导教师提升专业能力的方法和途径。
In recent years, along with the active employment policy, employment guidance of graduates has made remarkable achievements. But in today's severe employment situation, under the contradictory conflict that graduates difficult to employment, enterprise difficult to recruitment, and the number of graduates is greater than the number of community needs, university employment guidance and service are facing new challenges. Career planning and the professional competence level of career guidance teachers determine the ability of colleges for graduate career planning and employment guidance and services. At the same time, improving teachers' professional competence also is the important protection to improve the career development ability and employment competitiveness of students. This paper discusses the ways and means for vocational colleges to improve the professional competence of career planning and career guidance teachers from the aspect of educational philosophy, teaching system.
