摘要
护生护理操作技能的优劣直接关系到患者、家庭、社会的安危,是护生毕业后走上护理工作岗位能否胜任工作的关键,笔者在实践教学中加强护生操作技能的培养,取得较好效果。
The nursing operation skills of nursing students is directly related to the safety of the patient, family and community, and is the key to nursing students performing the care work after graduation. The author strengthened the training of nursing operation skills of nursing students in practice teaching, which had achieve better results.
