准确角色定位 增强党政合力

To Clear the Role Orientation and Enhance the Party and Government Forces

本文认为,在探索高校中层党政组织机制优势过程中,作为高校的二级党组织的学院党委(党总支)应该发挥其主动性,因人、因事、因时、因势地进行自身的准确角色定位,充分发挥政治核心作用,以增强党政合力,大力推进学院党政班子建设。

This paper argues that, in the process of exploring the advantage of middle Party and government organization mechanism, as the two-level party organization, the college Party committees （Party general branch） should play its initiatives, accurately clear its role orientation according to the people, things, time and situation, and give full play to the political core role, so as to enhance the Party and government forces and vigorously promote the construction of Party and government bodies.
