摘要
我国正处于一个社会转型阶段,在这一时期,信息传播多样化,社会矛盾复杂化,利益主体也呈现出多元化的特征,在媒体融合的大环境下,关于政府的任何负面信息均可能导致政府形象出现危机,本文主要分析政府媒体形象危机的应对策略。
China is in a period of social transformation, which the dissemination of information is various, the social contradiction is complicated, and stakeholders are also diversified. In the media convergence environment, any negative information about government may lead to the crisis of the government image, this paper mainly analyses the countermeasures of coping with government media image crisis.
