摘要
封闭的、短暂的创新无益于企业的持续发展,知识密集型服务企业必须在网络化的大环境中有意识地借助关系网络进行合作创新。本文以知识管理理论、企业网络理论为基础,通过问卷调查对北京多家KIBS企业进行数据分析,并通过回归模型进行假设检验,结果表明:知识转移在中心度、联结强度、结构洞、互动频率、联结密度对企业创新能力的影响中扮演了部分中介作用,并提出KIBS企业应该重视创造良好的社会网络关系,充分利用网络这个知识丰富的平台,提升其创新能力及竞争力。
As closed and short innovation is not conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises, Knowledge - Intensive Business Service (KIBS) enterprises must pay attention to innovation. Based on the theory of knowledge management and the enterprise network theory, through questionnaires over KIBS companies in Beijing for data analysis and hypothesis testing by the re- gression model, this paper demonstrates that knowledge transfer degrees play a partial mediating role in the impacts of cen- trality, linking strength, structural holes, interaction frequency and network density on innovation capability of enterprises. Enterprises should pay attention to creating a good social network relationship, taking a full advantage of the networks to improve innovation capability and competitiveness.
