国际企业联盟中知识转移的路径优化

In the international business alliances, knowledge plays an important role. It is not only related to the establishment and maintenance of alliances, and its processing methods and results will directly determine whether the alliance can obtain sustainable competitive advantages. Based on this, this paper analyzes the optimization of knowledge transfer in international business alliances, discusses the types of knowledge and the knowledge transfer process based on international business alliances, analyzes the motives of knowledge transfer, and finally explores the optimal paths of knowledge transfer in international business alliances from different aspects.
