摘要
新时期高职后勤企业工作的外部环境越来越复杂,目前大多数高职在管理体制和运行机制上,依然没有完全适应市场化运作的机制。后勤企业工作的改革需要基于其三个基本职能即管理、保障和服务进行创新。其中,管理创新包括思想理念、组织结构和管理模式创新三部分;保障创新包括制度规范、队伍建设和环境保障创新三部分;服务创新应从服务主体社会化、运作模式社会化和服务对象社会化三个层面来进行。
The external environment of higher vocational logistics enterprises in the new period is more and more complex. At present, the management system and operational mechanism in most of the vocational colleges is still not fully meeting the market operation mechanism. Logistics enterprise reform needs to work on its three basic functions of management, security and service innovations. Management innovation includes concept innovation, organization structure and management model innovation; security innovation includes system specification, team construction and environment protection innovation; and service in- novation should be implemented in the fields of socializations of main service, operation mode and service object.
