摘要
目的:对厚朴叶醇提物抗抑郁作用进行药效研究,为开发新的抗抑郁中药提供科学依据。方法:选用小鼠强迫游泳实验和小鼠悬尾绝望实验动物模型对厚朴叶醇提物抗抑郁作用进行研究。结果:厚朴叶醇提物高、中、低3个剂量组均在一定程度减少小鼠游泳不动时间,但与空白组比较无显著性差异;厚朴叶醇提物高、中、低3个剂量组均在一定程度上减少小鼠悬尾不动时间,中剂量组显著缩短悬尾不动时间,与空白组比较有显著性差异。结论:厚朴叶醇提物具有抗一定的抑郁作用,有必要进一步探讨其作用机制。
Objective: To study the antidepressant efficacy of alcohol extracts of leaves of Magnolia officinalis Rehd. et Wils. and provide experimental evidence for the development of Chinese antidepressant medicine. Methods: Forced swimming test and tail suspension despair experimental animal models in mouse were used to evaluate antidepressant activities. Results: In the mouse forced swimming test, three-dose leval of alcohol extracts were able to decrease the duration of immobility, but no significant differ- ence can be found so far compared with the control group; The mouse tail suspension test gives the same result, especially the medium dose, which shows a significant difference compared with the control group. Conclusion: Acording to experimental datas, the alcohol extracts may have antidepressant effect, but more researchs are needed to verify it.
