摘要
以硫酸二甲酯和硫代硫酸钠为原料 ,在相转移催化剂的作用下 ,经氯气氧化制备甲基磺酰氯 ,再将其水解成甲烷磺酸 ,讨论了几个主要反应因素对产物收率的影响 ,确定了适宜的工艺条件。
Methylsulfonyl chloride is prepared by the phase transfer catalyst with dimethyl sulfate, sodium hyposulfite and chlorine as materials. Then it is hydrolyzed into methyl sulfonic acid. The effect of several reaction factors on the yield of the synthesized methanesulfonic acid is discussed and the best process conditions are determined.
